Blog categories are displayed in a puzzle style on the home page. Question: How do I add (create) a product category to my homepage with a puzzle style?

You can add Text Block https://prnt.sc/Bq-M-_BuqGQI and use the WooCommerce [products] shortcode https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-9 with ‘category’ attribute.

Perhaps there is an additional plugin/code on the site that changes the view of the product.

Could you create a user “administrator” and send access to the admin panel to the email – lenvanscripts@gmail.com? It would be very good and would help to solve the problem faster – access to FTP.

In the Polylang plugin settings (Languages -> Settings -> URL modifications) You need to check this box https://prnt.sc/Jk8cuO5hdY1R
